By popular demand, the SCR Community Garage Sale has been scheduled for Saturday, February 18 from 8am to 12 noon.
There are the 3 EASY steps to participate:
1. Download the City of Pearland Garage Sale Permit Application and only complete the sections, HIGHLIGHTED in yellow.

2. Submit your application to the SCRMA office in person by email to SCRMALifestyle@gmail.com NO LATER THAN Friday, February 10 at 5pm. We will announce when the signs are ready to picked up from the SCRMA office or clubhouse.
3. Sell your stuff and have fun! A list of participating residents will be posted on the City and Shadow Creek Ranch websites.
