The Shadow Creek Ranch Community Garage Sale is BACK!
Last year, over 80 homeowners came out to sell their stuff and this year will be bigger and better! To participate, email SCRMAlifestyle@gmail.com with your name and address no later than Friday, February 23. We will register your garage sale with the City of Pearland. Pick up your sign from the HOA office starting Tuesday, February 27 and place outside of your subdivision so that your neighbors know where to find your garage sale.
Please email SCRMALifestyle@gmail.com with any questions.

Every owner has an obligation to pay the annual assessment.
