2017 Shadow Creek Ranch Holiday Yard Decorating Contest

You are invited to enter the 2017 Shadow Creek Ranch Holiday Yard Decorating Contest! The décor may reflect any of the winter holidays or general wintry theme.

The contest will begin Monday, November 27. The official Deadline for submission is Monday, December 11. The entries will be uploaded to www.shadowcreekranchhoa.com where residents can drive by and vote for any of their favorite decorated homes throughout the community. You may only vote once for a home, but you may votes on as many as homes as you wish!

Votes will be tallied by the Lifestyle Committee, and the finalists from each village and winner will be announced by Friday, December 15. Three finalists will receive a Holiday Yard sign, and the winner will receive a Grand Prize Holiday Yard sign and Pool & Pizza Party to be used during the 2018 Pool Season!

Prepay your 2018 Assessments

Shadow Creek Ranch HOA depends on your prompt payment to ensure the financial health of the Association. The funds pay for the operation and maintenance of the common property and are used to provide services for the benefit of all owners. Assessments are due annually by January 31st, but you can start making installment payments today!

There are 3 ways to pay:

Assessment coupons disclosing the total amount due will be mailed.

All owners are required to pay Association Dues by the governing documents of the Association.

Lost or misplaced assessment coupons does not dismiss obligation.

The HOA office does not accept payment.
