City of Pearland Debris Pickup Update

Update on Storm debris removal: Today and Saturday Sept. 8 and 9, storm debris removal crews will be out in the following neighborhoods – Clear Creek Estates, Twin Creek Woods, Twin Woods, Corrigan Subdivision, Sleepy Hollow. Progress is being made and we appreciate your patience.

The City’s storm debris removal contractor will begin work Sept. 6 in the most heavily impacted areas in the City. Residents will have until Wednesday, Oct. 5 to put out storm debris for collection. It is imperative that residents separate hurricane and flood-related damage debris from standard household trash. All hurricane/flood related debris MUST BE REMOVED from plastic bags. Please set aside an area for standard household trash that is separated from debris piles so that standard household trash can be found and removed by the City’s household trash collection provider. Also, for your safety, stay clear of the debris trucks and grapple, storm debris collection truck drivers have limited visibility. Keep children and pets away from the work area.

If you have questions, please call 281.652.1900 for assistance. We appreciate your patience.
