Every Tuesday: Gentle Yoga + Dance Cardio

**Exclusively for SCR Residents**
Beginning February 20, you are invited to attend weekly Tuesday fitness classes presented by SCR resident Christina Tate with Loa Body + Spirit. She is offering 2 class back-to-back and you have the option of attending one or both for just $5 per class! Gentle Yoga begins at 12 noon and Dance Cardio is at 1pm.
All you need to bring is a water bottle, towel, and yoga mats are provided if you do not have your own. You must RSVP to SCRMAlifestyle@gmail.com with your name and address and which class you would like to attend. Payment is accepted on the day of the class.
