Pools

HOA Approval Required: All bookings must be approved by the HOA’s management agent. Proof of residency is required before confirmation.

All pool rules will be enforced during private pool party. If the pool rules are not followed, then the lifeguards on duty will have the authority to ask your party to leave and no refund will be issued.

Booking Guidelines

Parties must be scheduled and confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance.
- A deposit is due after HOA approval, which includes administrative, lifeguard, and facility fees.
- Final payment is due 1 week before the party.
- All parties require a minimum of 3 lifeguards for up to 50 guests.
- One additional lifeguard is required per 25 additional guests.
- All guests count: this includes swimmers, non-swimmers, and anyone inside the facility.
- Parties cannot be held on holiday weekends including Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
- Parties cannot be held on days pools are closed for maintenance.
- Pool parties may only be held during the hours allotted by the community management, such as before or after normal pool operating hours.

Emerald Bay Clubhouse

Our clubhouse is available to rent for private events, celebrations, and community gatherings. With a welcoming atmosphere and flexible space, it’s the perfect setting for birthday parties, showers, meetings, and special occasions. Residents can easily reserve the clubhouse to host memorable events close to home.

Rental Fee is $200.00. Rentals are only between the hours of 8:00AM and 11:59PM daily.
The maximum number of guests at the Clubhouse is not to exceed 30 total guests, including children and adults.
