SCR Community Walk
Dear SCR Homeowners,
It’s 2024!
Let’s begin the new year with friends, family, and neighbors walking for health together!
On Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 9am join your community for a SCR Community Walk.
All participants will meet at the Shadow Creek Ranch Nature Trail, 1801 Kingsley Dr, Pearland, TX 77584.
Come walk, jog, or run, the trail will be self-paced, an out-and-back route, and end when each participant chooses. We encourage you to bring your bottled water.
This is a great opportunity to meet new neighbors, see old neighbors, and get excited about a more active you in 2024!
SCR Camping Night
Hello SCR Residents,
Join us Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 4pm to 10am, Sunday, January 28, 2024, for our first SCR Camping Night!
Bring your tent, pillows, and sleeping bags to Biscayne Bay Rec. Center, 13210 E. Windward Bay Dr. for an overnight event featuring an outdoor movie from 8pm-10pm, firepits set up in the volleyball area, and supplies to make S’mores provided by the HOA!
For this outdoor event onsite Porta cans will be available.

The registration deadline is Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 4pm.

Yard Decorating Contest
Dear SCR Homeowners,
Celebrate the holidays with SCR’s Yard Decorating Contest December 13th to December 21st!
There will be six categories.
Each winner will receive a $100.00 gift card!
Winners will be announced December 22nd on our website www.shadowcreekranchhoa.com and the Official SCR HOA Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/shadowcreekranchhoainfo/. Each winner will be contacted to claim their gift card.

PARTICIPANTS
1. Registration begins December 1st.
2. Registration closes December 11th.
3. Please submit ONE photo (jpeg)of your yard fully decorated by 5pm, December 11th to SCRsocial@fsresidential.com. Please note if your address has a sight and sound feature this will not be apparent in the photo.
4. Participants agree to have the photo of their yard as well as the location posted on the voting site and/or the Shadow Creek Ranch website, and official Facebook page.
5. The contest is for exterior decorations only, including decorations in windows that are visible from the exterior (curb appeal).
6. Participants should ensure that all lights, animations, and decorations are in place and activated before the week of December 13th.
You must register to be included in the contest and be added to the voting site.The contest is open to all residents. No display is too large or too small!
VOTERS
1. Voting will begin on December 13th.
2. Voting will end at 5pm on December 21st.
3. Photos will be available on the voting site.
4. Please do not exit your vehicle or approach any participants, if you choose to visit each address to vote. (Sight and sound features will only be realized by in-person viewings)

Sand Volleyball Tournament
Dear SCR Residents,
On Saturday, November 25, 2023, the SCR Sand Volleyball Fall Tournament will be held at the Reflection Bay Volleyball Courts, 12115 S Clear Lake Loop, Pearland, TX 77584 starting at 9:00am.
We’re looking for up to 8 teams to compete in the recreational division and 8 for the competitive division.There will be championship playoffs with prizes for the top teams in each division so come ready to play!

Parking will be limited. For overflow parking please utilize Shirley Dill Brothers Elementary School’s parking lot.

Food Drive
Dear SCR Homeowners,
Let’s feed our community!
The SCR HOA will collect food for the Pearland Neighborhood Center from November 6th through November 30th.
Please drop off canned goods or non-perishable items at the SCR HOA onsite office, 12234 Shadow Creek Parkway Building 3 Suite 112 Pearland, TX 77584.
A drop box will be set up at the onsite office for donations made outside of our office hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Remember to check the dates!
All food should be sealed and nonexpired.
Every donation helps!
